Support for Students
No technical support can be provided for your individual technical problems during the online examination at home. Neither the person responsible for the exam nor the Regional Computing Center (RRZ) can assist you with this on short notice. However, do not panic in such a case; instead, inform the person responsible for the exam immediately – while the examination is still in progress – about the nature of the problem and create an evidence of the problem as precise as possible e.g. with screenshot or video.
