Support for Researchers at Risk
The University of Hamburg is committed to supporting researchers at risk in continuing their academic careers. As a founding member of the German chapter of Scholars at Risk, it has a particular responsibility to protect academic freedom and provide support in solidarity with researchers worldwide.
The focus here is on academic collaboration and networking, as well as taking personal responsibility to provide collegial support in the field of research – especially for researchers who are affected by persecution, oppression or restrictions on their academic work.
