In times of increasing challenges in everyday professional life, targeted de-escalation strategies are more important than ever.
Our practice-oriented training is aimed at employees of the University of Hamburg who need to manage stressful or conflict-laden situations in their daily work.
The workshop counts as credit for the program “Fokus-Lernpfade”.
